Fitness Appraisal and Healthy Lifestyle Consultation
Discuss your health related goals and to identify the areas of your fitness that have the most potential for improvement. This session allows you to get in tune with your health through a detailed assessment of your aerobic and musculoskeletal fitness as well as your heart rate and blood pressure. Have your questions answered and receive valuable feedback on how to improve in all aspects of health. Use the opportunity to assess and discuss some of the lifestyle habits that affect your health and creates the framework to develop the optimal wellness program. Contact via phone and e-mail is encouraged at any time for those seeking advice after the appraisal. A follow-up assessment is recommended but optional. This could also be used as a valuable one-time appointment to set you on the right track.

Individual Fitness Program & 1:1 Personal Training Sessions
An individualized program that is designed based on your goals as well as the results of your appraisal and consultation session. Choose the number of 1-on-1 sessions you require with the provided equipment and training. Training includes use of dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, stability balls, TRX, medicine balls, squat stands, indoor cycle, myofascial release tools, manual stretching, and more. Please note: all participants must undergo the basic screening process for medical history, resting heart rate, and blood pressure. Receive professional training to enhance your aerobic and musculoskeletal fitness, balance, and flexibility depending on your goals.

Group Fitness Sessions
Private training for 2-3 people based on your desires to focus on aerobic, muscular, or combined workouts. Each participant may choose to receive an individual fitness assessment (Recommended) before the initial training session, or receive assistance through their workouts without the initial appraisal. Please note: All participants must undergo the basic screening process for medical history, resting heart rate, and blood pressure. Receive tips on smart training with good technique and important training principles. You and your friends will be provided with the equipment and on site expertise to complete a great workout and achieve results to better your health. A variety of equipment and accessories will make your workout enjoyable and effective.
